After witnessing her mother’s mysterious murder, young Californian Amelia Rojas learns her missing father may be the legendary Sherlock Holmes. She journeys to London to find him, but he is not what she expected. Holmes is stymied. He is unwilling or unable to investigate a sinister case, with roots that stretch from America to Australia. Amelia is determined to prove she has inherited Holmes’ powers of deduction. Holmes sees a chance to test her claim and use her as his proxy. He sets her a challenge: Sherlock’s daughter? Prove it.
